I’m open to a limited number of consulting engagements and venture scout roles where a physician-scientist’s view of oncology, genomics, and data is useful.
Scientific & technical due diligence. Evaluating the biology, data, and clinical claims behind oncology, precision-medicine, and diagnostics companies — including genomic biomarkers, molecular imaging (PSMA PET), and the evidence needed to move a product into the clinic.
Computational genomics & bioinformatics. Whole-genome sequencing and variant calling, methylation, transcriptomics, and single-cell RNA-seq; building reproducible Nextflow pipelines; reviewing analysis plans and results for rigor.
Oncology real-world data & trials. Translational correlatives for clinical trials, multi-omic analysis of trial cohorts, and the realities of turning real-world oncology data into usable evidence.
VC scouting. Sourcing and first-pass screening of early-stage companies in cancer therapeutics, diagnostics, radiopharmaceuticals, and computational biology, with a clinician’s perspective on unmet need and adoption.
